Quality Control

Before the raw material entering the warehouse, it is very critical for us to measure the thickness, paper bending stiffness, color tolerance, weight, smell and moisture by a variety of professional instruments.

When you have physical samples, we will use them for the printing reference. If you only provide design files, we will divide colors into PMS and CMYK and use XRGA Spectrodensitometer to control colors in right specifications. Sometimes visual check comparing with PMS swatch under standard light source (5000/6500K) is also a good way to print right colors.

We test gluing function, metal foil oxidation and temperature resistance of window film by simulating different natural conditions. This help us forecast quality risks and solve quality issues before delivering goods.

We carry out 100% inspections in the final assembly lines, as well as inspect random samples from the palletized goods that will accurately represent the entire batch. All inspection results are recorded and analyzed to ensure quality expectations are being reached. Lantu’s quality control is always stricter than the industry standard.

You are welcome to ask a third part inspection service such as SGS, Intertek to inspect packaging products in our factory to ensure max security and quality standard. We will only dispatch the goods after you signing off the final pre-shipment inspections.
