Rigid boxes start out as greyboard or chipboard, which of color is like newspaper (there is another option of colored board such as black, white on the inside). Cutting the flat greyboard to its correct shape and size is the first step of rigid box making. Square, rectangular, triangular and V-shaped are customize with your desires.
The box side panels are folded up at straight angle to create a box shape. Then the tapes are applied to four corners for securing and being rigid and sturdy. The branded covering paper is ready to perfectly wrap the lid/bottom, which is placed precisely by our machine molding and glued on the greyboard outside.
